  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition (no stains, damages, missing parts, or signs of wear).
  • The item is defective (e.g., faulty stitching, broken zippers) or we shipped the wrong product (verified with photos and order details).
Note: Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless they are defective.

2. How to Request a Refund

  1. We will review your request within 24-48 business hours and send a Return Authorization (RA) number + return shipping instructions (if applicable).
  1. Ship the item back to us (following the provided instructions) with the RA number clearly marked on the package.

3. Refund Rules & Timelines

  • Return Shipping Costs:
    • If the refund is due to a defective/wrong item: We cover all return shipping costs.
    • If you’re returning an eligible item for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind): You are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Refund Processing:
    • We will inspect the returned item within 3-5 business days of receipt.
    • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal) within 5-7 business days after inspection.
